We are a partner of ex-pats from California, USA (the good part). After traveling around the world in 2018 and 2019, we landed in Porto, awaiting a temporary vehicle to allow us to travel the rest of Europe. But while pending our next adventure, we fell in love with the city and the Portuguese people and decided this was our final destination. We found ourselves swooning over the lifestyle and welcoming community. After experiencing the Portuguese way of life, we were couldn't get enough of the many hidden discoveries that the community and locals had in store. After several visits from family and friends we determined it was time to become residents. 3 years later, after much encouragement, and a miraculous moment, we decided it was time to share our hidden gem with others. Thus, Miraculous Discovery was born.

My stay with Miraculous Discovery was perfect. The walkability to restaurants, bars, and the water was excellent. I enjoyed the tips on port tastings and the very spacious kitchen. The accommodations were much more luxurious than you might find for an apartment in the city and the hosts provided us with nice amenities that made our stay extra special. I will be back!
